This is after only 3 days of being in dirt. They just come RIGHT back and beg to be scrambled into your next batch of eggs or tossed into your next cheese panini! All you do is take the root and put it in a shallow hole in the dirt but if you are too lazy to even do that, just putting it in a cup of water is enough for it to grow, there has never been a plant in the history of my kitchen that was easier to grow.

I broiled the salmon filet for 12min, similar to how I did it last time, then I let it cool for just a couple of minutes so I could pull it off the skin, finish deboning it and use forks to sort of shred it. While it was cooling I mixed all the patty ingredients together, then added the salmon.

There are several different ways to make hard boiled eggs but my way is by far the most simple, fool proof, no cracked eggs way!
Put the eggs in a pan with enough cold water to cover them, turn the burner onto high until the water comes to a rapid boil. Put a lid on the pan and turn the burner off. Set the timer for 20min and your eggs will be perfectly cooked without any cracks.
This is especially important when you intend to make deviled eggs or colored eggs and need your egg and/or their shells intact. Isn’t that easy?!?!

This is a cheat for a couple of reasons, the first being it really isn’t part of my “health food kick” but it’s still pretty darn good for you!
Last time I made Lasagna, I did so the more traditional way and it turned out awesome. Today I am making it without meat! I’m sure I have homemade sauce in the freezer but I am also sure it will have meat in it so I grabbed that random can of Hunts from the back of my cupboard instead. Using what I already have around for this one!
The second reason it is a cheat is because I didn’t make everything from scratch, it’s just a throw together, easy meal. I make a small lasagna because we just wouldn’t eat a huge one. Click through to see the recipe!

Mix a tablespoon of mayo with a healthy squeeze of fresh lemon juice, a dash of sea salt & a dash of lemon pepper, brush it over the top of the Salmon.
Broil on high until it looks done (less than 10min but depends on the thickness of filet). This is an adaption of my great grandmothers super easy Salmon recipe!

I can’t believe I’d never had this before. It’s so easy and yummy and pretty darn good for you! All I did was mix a bit of fresh shrimp with some cocktail sauce and spoon it into the center of an avocado. YUM!

There is an easier way than wearing a gas mask. Simply store your onions in the refrigerator! It’s silly simple isn’t it? You never have to get the sniffles from cutting onions ever again!
